BE STYLISH

St.Paddy’s Day Style

There are a lot of people in the world who are really good at “being festive.” You know the kind. They always have every prop available for every holiday thinkable. Groundhog day? They’ve got an outfit for that. But for the rest of us who mind the fine line between festive and tacky, we’re pretty conscious about our holiday fashion.

Personally, green isn’t a color I wear often (or ever, really). So it’s a little difficult getting dressed on this day because I know I can’t walk out of the house completely green-less. Luckily, though, you can still incorporate the color without going overboard.

One word: Accessorize.

Take advantage of and use your pop of color wisely. It can make a world of difference (and save you from getting pinched!)

I like to keep things simple, fun and fresh for St. Paddy’s. Add a pair of shamrock earrings or necklace to an outfit lacking “festive” garb. It’s a chic way to say, “I’m here for the green beer but leprechauns make me a little uncomfortable.”
Just don’t be that girl who was “too cool to dress up.”
